While Dr. Jones was happy working in a general podiatry clinic, he felt a strong desire to combine his passion and knowledge for endurance sports with his expertise of foot and ankle care. This unique set of tools and knowledge is what makes him a great asset to runners, triathletes and other endurance athletes. Thus, the idea for Endurance Foot and Ankle was born and became a reality when we opened at the end of 2019.
While Endurance Foot and Ankle caters to all levels of endurance athletes, you do not have to be an athlete to be seen. We are also a general podiatry clinic that offers a variety of services for all your foot and ankle needs. This includes everything from ingrown toenails, to bunions, to custom orthotics...and much more.
Sports and athletics have always been a huge part of Dr. Jones’s life. He played competitive sports throughout high school. While in residency he felt the need to challenge himself physically, and discovered triathlon. He knows firsthand, the amount of time and effort that goes into training for endurance sports. He has competed in multiple Ironman 70.3 races and plans to move into Ironman distance in the near future. He knows how crucial it is to avoid injury and protect your most important asset — your body. His experience with endurance sports, combined with his medical expertise, and passion for human performance, make Dr. Jones a valuable resource for all your recovery and performance needs.
Dr. Jones lives in Fall City with his wife, Amanda and their infant daughter. Amanda was raised in Issaquah and went to Skyline High School. He loves spending time with his family and getting outdoors with them any chance they can get. He loves the Pacific Northwest, especially when the weather allows him to get out and ride his bike or go for a run.
